Ordered online, in and out quickly, pizza was good

Waiting for an 1.5 hour for delivery, then cancelled and went out to dinner, They never called to let me know that the food was sitting in the window for an hour or that it would be late, but during my dinner out, I got 3 threatening phone calls. Garbage establishment

This location continues to be a game of roulette to when they have a delivery driver available. Especially considering the alternatives available in town and the lack of lockstep with honoring promotional deals that are being mailed to those close by to this location, it leaves the conclusion that money can be spent better elsewhere.

You can practically taste the steroids in the chicken

Called ahead to order my pizza 20 minutes in advance of my arrival. The Ottawa Pizza Huts have NEVER had any issue with this and they've always taken the order promptly. Phone answered and immediately put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Once they finally picked up the phone to take the order, I was told it would be around 30 minutes to prepare a single pizza for pick up. Not delivery, pick up. Been to Pizza Huts all over Canada and the US, never waited 30 minutes for a pizza to be made. Seems the negative reviews for this location are accurate.

Prices are good food is normally good but at times mix my order up and takes an hour or more to justify it

Enjoyed my Chicken Ceasar Salad and Breadsticks with cheese 😊

Food was not good. Pasta tasted like someone dumped a bunch of pepper into it. Sent it back and was still charged for it. Forgot garlic bread. Server forgot to bring stuff we asked for. We ended up having to go get it ourselves.

Food was okay...service was horrible..she brought wings with plates then took our plates when we were done..brought the pizza with no new plates, had to go get our own and she never brought the salad we ordered. Our waitress never smiled and was very abrupt. It wasn't that busy

Enjoyed the lunch buffet, service was good. No complaints.

Over priced trash

Was there when a server asked a wheelchair bound lady that she wasnt allowed in. I used to order every week, guess im going to a different place knowing a manager named JEN hates minorities. Never eatting here again, plus the food wasnt that good

Absolutely awful service, every single time over the phone. They either stopped delivering early, don't have a delivery driver, or have just blatantly closed early. Don't ever waste your time or money going to the Smiths falls pizza hut. Completely incompetent establishment.

We showed up at 5pm with 15 people and we're seated right away. our server was great! She handled our individual bills without any issues and always made sure we had everything we needed.

Food (pizza) was good, filling and economical!

Order a 50 dollar meal and when it got to my house ( delivery) it looked like the meal went through a compactor. Called the manager and she was like " too bad" so here's a review for the bs you caused me.

I took a Sunday drive and ended up in Smith Falls, I arrived around 5:00 pm. I went to the Pizza Hut this location shares a parking lot and a main entrance with Subway. This place has tables and booths, the place was clean as well as the washrooms. I was greeted by a hostess, the server was welcoming and friendly. My service was quick and my pizza was great. I had a good experience and will be back.

Great place to go for lunch or supper

This location is listed on flyers and coupons that we get in the mail, however they refuse to honour them. They should not be associated with a brand that they clearly have not interest in representing. Having locations within a brand running this way is a disgrace to the company. Pizza Hut Canada should be ashamed.

It's just great. Clean, friendly and good looking staff.

Very disappointed as when pickup order asked about another item and was told 10 minutes to make. After 20 minutes asked if they forgot about me was told there was a mix up so after 25 minutes got it and my original order was so cold could not eat it as I hate cold pizza!! Not impressed with service.

Great pizza costs a bit but is worth it

I love Pizza Hut, the food is great, and there's Wi-Fi, I wish that the buffet was open for dinner though I myself have never had a chance to eat at it because I'm always too busy to get there around lunch, but I'm sure it's rather tasty, so for that I give it 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Paid 41.80 for a large pizza with extra cheese and barely got any cheese. Hardly any toppings either. Never going back there. It was terrible.

Walked. In to be seated. And all we could hear was a employe yelling fu&@ you , you little bi$ch. from the kitchen. , so we turned around no walked out. That was tonight.

The attitude is sarcastic, the chef was rude and the food was barely edible. Take the drive to CP and just go to the Gourmet, they're kind and the food is fantastic.

Took four small kids to supper here last week. They weren't well behaved. Staff was polite nonetheless.

Our waitress Angie was awesome. Everything we ordered came on time and it was correct the first time.

We arrived on Saturday afternoon. There was 8 of us in our group. The Restaurant only had 1 server working plus only one person in the kitchen making pizzas. This was unacceptable. It took a hour for us to get our food. This surely is not the pizza hut way. If you are in a hurry go somewhere else. Also they made a mistake on 1 order and didn't even give our friends a discount. Not on my list of places to eat anymore

They are quick never busy. Just needs to cut pizza better!

My experience was frustrating.Trying to order online.Set up an online account. When I go to order I'm ask for (find a store) I fill in the form and get back the following error. "There was an error in locating your address.Please adjust your search criteria or try again later." I hit find by"YOUR CURRENT LOCATION" and the form is filled in with the wrong information. when I try to correct the information I get."There was an error in locating your address.Please adjust your search criteria or try again later." This is all to frustrating when trying to feed a household of people. So have gone to the competition were I was able to order online with ease.Thanks for nothing Pizza Hut!

Waitress is really nice but she can't make up for the terrible management of this location. The other day no silverware. Waiting and waiting for drinks. No pizza brought up for the buffet. Now today no meaty marina. Apparently pan burner has been broke for months. Manager cares less to ensure value for buffet without one of the main dishes. Also untrue that there has been none for months. We've been here many times and had it. Leaving. Won't be back.

The buffet was wonderful. And the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was superb.

I was on the road for 8 hours, decided to order delivery since Pizza Hut was really close, waited an hour, no pizza. When I called in to inquire about my dinner's whereabouts, I was told they had no delivery person. I picked up my cold pizza and had to make due.

Prices are expensive, the owners are super stingy with ingredients. The food is hot, but that's about the only positive. Also, don't expect drink refills unless you ask for them. You'll be happier going to Pizza Pizza.

they are very sporadic with their ability to deliver. I tried to order two Sundays in a row both weeks they could not deliver. They do advertise delivery but never have drivers to do it. Not happy with them

Ordered pizza last night. One large pineapple, and one medium mushroom and bacon. When we opened the lids. , My husband and I noticed. Each pizza only had half the pizza had toppings. Other half only had cheese. We decided then. Never go back to pizza hut.

Give it a 1 because a zero isn’t possible. 5 minutes, two phone calls and I keep getting bumped and connected to Toronto because they wouldn’t answer their phone in Smiths Falls. So I drive there only to be rudely told they’re out of dough and not taking any orders. That was before they even knew what I was ordering. I’ll never visit another Pizza Hut again.

Desperate for food? ok maybe eat here. Unclean washrooms (always judge a restaurant by its bathrooms) Hubby had to go and get our drinks as waitress was too busy on her phone. Takeaway you say? Long wait and not honouring any of the "5 bucks 5 bucks" deals all the others are doing. Meh. Like I said when you are desperate go for it.

A great family atmosphere! The staff greeted us within seconds of us walking in, and made us instantly comfortable. Food was delicious, you have to try the maple bacon pizza, and the bread sticks. The waitress was fast even though she seemed really busy. Our food was on our table in 15 minutes! Overall, we enjoyed ourselves. We will be back! Thanks pizza hut!
